Essay

We have investigated the periodontum and biochemical characteristics of 122 patients diagnosed with generalized periodontitis of the I degree with and without chronic cryptogenic hepatitis and subcompensated cirrhosis and 24 healthy persons were also examined. It was established that patients with periodontal index increased sharply and there is an imbalance of biochemical parameters. The complex therapy of generalized periodontitis in patients with and without chronic cryptogenic hepatitis contributed to regulation of detected damage and achievement of remission of the pathological process in periodontum and in liver by administration of Stomatofit, Atoxil, Glutargin and Calcemin.
