Vlasiuk A. Administrative and Legal Principles of Regulatory Policy in Economic Activity

The thesis investigates the question of administrative and legal foundations of state regulatory policy economic activity. Done theoretical and legal analysis of the provisions of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity; revealed legal framework and administrative and legal regulation of economic activity in Ukraine. Attention is focused on international regulatory initiatives in the field of business. It is noted that the legal nature of state regulation of economic activity seen in the activities of state bodies, their officials exclusively within the defined legal standards, on the basis of law and in accordance with them, and the main approaches to the concept and characteristics of the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation, singled out its general features. It notes that the necessity of cooperation between public authorities and economic agents are objective in nature and essence of both the state and society. The mechanism of this interaction is a set of laws and principles that apply to their base forms and methods of cooperation in specific historical and economic conditions of society. The relationship between government regulators and business entities arise in the application of specific techniques and regulatory activities regulated peremptory norm of general and special laws.
