In the work the basic technological parameters of complex fluoride-sulfate-alkaline activation LCSPC are developed and the results of theoretical and experimental research to study the principal properties of heavy and lightweight concrete and dry mixes made from activated LCSPC optimal composition are presented. Using the experimental complex of the statistical models are developed the experimental methods of calculation and design of compositions for the concrete and mortars made from the investigated binders.
