Dissertation is sanctified to research of legal mechanism of providing and realization of labour rights for judges. The analysis of current legislation of Ukraine is in-process conducted in the field of providing and realization by the judges of their labour rights and possibility of their perfection is grounded. A structure and state of adjusting of legal mechanism of providing and realization of labour rights for judges are certain.
