Research objekt is a process of providing cargo rolling stock. Research was conducted with the use of mathematical statistics and monitoring procedures, methods of graph theory, the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. The study formalized technology transport process to ensure cargo rolling stock and formed eligibility criteria cars commercially. A their application domain are enterprises on the railroad landfill, where the process of distribution of empty rolling stock for loading certain goods.
