The dissertation is one of the first special comprehensive researches of legal regulation of the administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic narcotics in Ukraine. Based on the research of theoretical and legal foundations of the administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic narcotics in Ukraine, theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems related to the development of theoretical and practical issues of legal support of administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic narcotics are presented. The author formulates the definitions of certain categories, which are used in the administration of combating illicit trafficking of synthetic drugs in Ukraine, gives their classifications, determined by their features. Content and elements of the administrative and legal mechanism of the administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic narcotics are detailed. The author reveals and describes the forms and methods of the administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic drugs. Suggestions to improve the legislation on the administration of counteraction of illegal trafficking of synthetic narcotics have been formulated.
