Thesis deals with comprehensive analysis of theoretical and practical problems of organization and functioning of investigatorinteraction with operational units and other subjects in criminal proceedings in the context of constituent of investigating crimestechnique. Consideringthe stories of criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, as well as modernized provisions of forensic science is clarified the concept, the nature and scientific basis of investigator interaction with operational units and other subjects in criminal proceedings; identified the role of theoretical propositions of investigator interaction with operational units and other subjects in criminal proceedings as a structural element of investigating crimestechnique; analyzedsocially - pragmaticdetermination and information epistemological basis of investigator interaction with operational units and other subjects in criminal proceedings.
