Object of the study is processes reproducing the main means on machine-building enterprise of the Ukraine. Objective of study is motivation theoretical and methodical positions for activations of the processes reproducing the main means machine-building enterprise in system of strategic management. Methods of research are scientific abstraction, analysis and syntheses, system, comparative and complex analysis, inductions and deductions, economic and mathematical modelling, tabular-graphic. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual positions of management process reproducing the main means in a milieu of strategic approach; offers comparatively deepened analysis of the processes reproducing the main means and use the internal sources of the financing. Novelty is development theorist-methodical positions and motivation practical recommendation on improvement of management process reproducing the main means machine-building enterprise. Degree of the introduction by PJSC "AVTOKRAZ", "Kriukivskii coachbuilding plant" and "Kredmash". Sphere of use is machine-building enterprises.
