Essay

Dissertation is devoted to further development of finite element method and software "DIPROS" ("Dynamics and Strength of Shell Structures") by which performed the analysis of the dynamic behavior of a reinforced concrete containment (CC) of NPP unit under the combined action of the internal pressure of the shock caused by the accident in the reactor hall, and seismic influence on the design basis earthquake. Based on the modal analysis and further the numerical solution of equations of motion CC defined stress-strain state of structures in the construction of the post-accident period. It is shown that the maximum intensity of the stresses in the sealing of steel cladding liner (SCL) CC does not exceed the limit yield SCL material. That is, preserved the integrity of the SCL, CC remains operational and ensures the implementation of radiation safety requirements.
