In the dissertation theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of effective functioning of meat-processing enterprises were investigated. Potential for raising efficiency of meat-processing enterprises was identified, taking into account the life cycle phases and the complex of analytical measures for their mobilization was worked out, the key point is the creation of backward vertical integration involving meat processing and agricultural enterprises.
