The identified factors of a high risk of developing a diabetes mellitus type 1 in children by researching findings in the obstetric anamneses and the family history. It was proved markers role of body weight (less than 2500 g or more than 4000 g) at the birth in the formation of the diabetes mellitus type 1. It was confirmed the role of the autoimmune damage of the pancreas cells of children with the cow's milk feeding. Children with hyperproduction of IgE or increases At GAD, decrease lipases and insulin's level in the blood have high risk of developing of the diabetes mellitus type 1. Combination cytomegalovirus infection with low level of СD16 and СD22 in the blood were triggers of the diabetes mellitus type 1. The most power in developing of the diabetes mellitus type 1had combination of different type of herpes virus infection.
