Essay

The thesis is devoted to generalization and development of scientific and methodological principles, developing methodological approaches and practical tools to build motivation mechanism for production units of mines. The basic motivational theories and terms of motivation and stimulation of labor are analyzed. The theoretical approach of determining the complexity of the concept of "work motivation" is improved. The estimation of the current motivation in terms of industrial and economic activities mines is made.
