The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the effectiveness of synthesis of continuity of small bounded edentulous teeth in the posterior area with resin-bounded bridges by means of grounding of selection of their optimal structure, modernization of production and appropriate clinical judgement. The research proposes laboratory tested foundation for resin-bounded bridge optimal structure on the basis of the research results of luminous flux intensity of a curing light in the samples of glass-fibre reinforcing elements, physical and mechanical properties of samples with nanophotocomposite materials without reinforcement or with reinforcement (destructive stress, flexure strength, elasticity modulus and elasticity strength, pressing load in case of diametric breakage), and flexure strength of resin-bounded bridge. The results of clinical examination proved high efficiency of restoration of small bounded edentulous teeth in posterior area with resin-bounded bridges made of nanophotocomposite with formation in abutment teeth of dental cavities containing convergent walls and vertical cavities in enamel, and structure reinforcement by impregnated non-polymerized glass tape fixed at certain angle. For the patience with the first stage pathological dental erosion it is advisable to use adhesive bridge building prostheses made of nanophotocomposite material of high density applying undirect method. It is created the clinical judgement system of resin-bounded bridges.
