The organizationally-economic mechanism of the state material backup is worked out in the system of food safety of the state, model of providing of food safety, structure of the material backup of food, national informative system of providing of food safety and backup of food. A new concept is entered tactical supply, scientific approach is created in organization of reserve of food by the division of stream of food. Methodical approaches of providing are improved in food safety and mechanism of backup of food. Expediency of height of capitalization of the system of backup food is well-proven, certifications on accordance of FSSC 22000 and informatizations of government material reserve on the basis of Service-Oriented architecture of Oracle SOA Suite.
