Essay

Object - processes of formation of parallel information flows in wireless telecommunications systems. The goal - to improve the quality of service in telecommunications systems in terms of capacity through the development and improvement of models and methods of formation of parallel information flows. Methods - systematic approach, based on the theoretical study of complex systems, methods of communication theory, mathematical statistics, probability theory and optimization, the teletraffic theory, simulation techniques. The scientific novelty of the obtained results: 1. For the first time developed a combined method of multiple access for radio access network, which allows to increase the capacity of the telecommunication network, especially in conditions of strong interference. 2. For the first time developed a method and improved management model of spatial separation of channels in the radio access network, according to which at the request of users digital array base station forms for each one a narrow beam. 3. For the first time developed an model for assessment of current capacity of the telecommunications network and the state of its components on the basis of the spatial separation of the users, which is unlike prior allows to valuate the effect of interference on the transmission rate information in packet data systems and to estimate characteristics of wireless data transmission and to provide a wireless environment device to dynamically change the parameters of the MAC-level depending on changes in environmental parameters. 4. For the first time developed a method for optimizing the length of the information packet in wireless networks when exposed to disturbances, which can increase data transmission speed, network performance and quality of service as a whole. Developed technical solutions are protected by patents of Ukraine for utility model, certificate of registration of copyright, the practical significance of the results of the dissertation is confirmed by applying them in the performance of contractual works in the Research and Design Institute "Molniya" and implemented in the educational process of the department SI NTU "KPI".
