Essay

The paper focuses on US President discourse 2007 - 2016 and his election campaigns. Influence of discursive mechanisms of Barack Obama public speeches as cognitive-pragmatic set of discursive strategies and tactics of cooperation and confrontation. Purpose - to determine the cognitive and communicative discursive mechanisms influence the presidential discourse Barack Obama 2007 - 2016 as the embodiment of the key concepts idiocontseptosphere policy strategy and tactics of his discourse. Scientific methods include elements of content analysis, component analysis and tokens field simulation analysis of the mechanisms of cross-mapping, situational and Intent Analysis, methods of deduction and induction. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the first set of cognitive-communication mechanisms presidential discourse Barack Obama, the key concept is modeled its ideological idiokontseptosfery; revealed the charismatic image of discursive identity president in the unity of verbal and nonverbal characteristics; allocated and systematized strategies and tactics updating key concepts of discourse Barack Obama. The theoretical significance work is determined by its contribution to cognitive-discursive approach in linguistics, particularly in Discourse Studies, linhvopersonolohiyu, linhvokohnityvistyku, the theory of cognitive metaphor prahmalinhvistyku, image and PR. The practical value of the thesis is the ability to use its results in courses Theoretical English grammar (section "Pragmatics sentence"), General Linguistics ("Language and Thought"), in special courses on topical issues of linguistics, cognitive science and political linguistics, Discourse Studies, imageology in the practice of PR.
