Essay

The thesis investigates theoretical, methodological and practical issues of management of personnel in industrial organizations. The definition of "organizational-economic mechanism of the use of the personnel in industrial enterprises" was improved. A theoretical approach to the complex quantitative assessment of the use of the personnel of an enterprise via the integral index was proposed. It was further developed the use of methods of strategic analysis of the ways of improving the use of personnel of industrial enterprises.
