Essay

Thesis is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of the treatment and prevention of exacerbations of generalized periodontitis (GP) in elderly men by the use of geroprotectors in complex treatment. It was found the high intensity and prevalence of dental caries, poor oral hygiene, as well as the prevalence of chronic GP in elderly men. It was developed and substantiated a geroprotectors complex for elderly men with GP, which has anti-inflammatory, adaptogenic, antioxidant, membranotropic, prebiotic properties, and also confirmed its high periodontal-protective effectiveness.
