Essay

This paper analyzes the nature and content of peaceful assembly; define their characteristics and classification conducted by various criteria. Based on the author's research formulated a definition of peaceful assembly. Studied foreign experience of legal regulation of the right to peaceful assembly. Analyzed the regulations governing the organization and holding of peaceful assembly in Ukraine, determined their compliance with international legal standards, and identified their main weaknesses, contradictions and offered the most optimal ways to address them.
