The thesis is devoted to the study of early diagnostics and treatment kidney damage in people with abdominal obesity taking into account factors of cardiovascular risk. The expediency is to use lisinopril on the background diet and dosed physical activity in patients with abdominal obesity, depending on the characteristics of hypertension, metabolic and anthropometric parameters. Proved that the determination the levels of kidney function, insulin resistance, leptin, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in patients with abdominal obesity has important diagnostic value for detection of renal dysfunction in abdominal obesity, assess the impact of treatment on the development and progression of obesity-associated nephropathy. The expediency of the necessity is to research insulin resistance in patients with obesity-associated nephropathy for the selection appropriate therapies, forecasting renal changes and prevention metabolic related disorders. Methodological approaches will improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment people with abdominal obesity and early renal damage
