Object - the process of real estate management of railway transport. Aim - the development of theoretical and methodological approaches to the effective management of real estate enterprises of railway transport in the conditions of the industry reforming. Methods - general scientific and specific; comparative, system, static analysis; economic and mathematical. Novelty - theoretical substantiation and development of methodical approaches for the effective management of real estate enterprises of railway transport in the conditions of the industry reforming. Classification of real estate, and ways of its use at the railway transport is improved; structuring of strategic objectives and management of real estate problems of railway transport applying the methodical approach to "building objectives tree" is held ; the creation expediency of an effective real estate management system of railway transport; methodical approach to assessing of the management decisions effectiveness with the use of immovable property of railway transport is improved.
