The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical issues of formation of economic mechanism of promoting the concession activities in seaports. Economic mechanism of activation of concession activities in seaports is formed and is based on a differentiated approach to the establishment of the value of concession payments depending on the investment attractiveness of the port, which level is determined by the proposed integral indicator of investment attractiveness. The integral value takes into account financial and property status, the attractiveness of logistics, the future development of the port and business activity in the region.
