Essay

The thesis is devoted to revealing social and psychological factors of resistance to emotional burnout doctors. Determined that the content and structure of the professional activities of doctor associated with resistance to emotional burnout; professional activities of doctor has specific characteristics which substantially reflect the nature, content and specifics of professional activities of doctor; professional doctor a set of socio-psychological and personality changes that accumulate in the professional activities and provide constructive solutions to complex professional tasks. The results of theoretical analysis, experimental study singled out patterns of behavior (successful and unsuccessful) doctors in the making resistance. Determined that, in contrast to the "successful," "unsuccessful" coping strategies negatively impact on the development of resistance to emotional burnout, crisis will cause deformation of individual and professional doctor. The theoretical model of "resistance to emotional burnout" doctor, the specifics of which is to be aware of their own coping strategies self-diagnostics emotional state, self-regulation and formation of positive patterns of resistance and stress tolerance, solving personal conflicts internally for further self-development and self-improvement. According to this theory proved developed and tested a complex psycho actions aimed at the formation of a "resistance to emotional burnout" doctors. Concretized requirements for professional skills of doctors (formation of "resistance to burnout 'specialist), the disclosure features awareness of these requirements in-house expertise and medical students, to establish communications between their coping strategies and social and psychological characteristics and cognitive stylistic features.
