Marchuk L. Socio-psychological features of formation of assertive behavior in the professional development of future psychologists.

The thesis deals with the problem of social and psychological features of formation of assertive behavior of future psychologists in their professional development. The author determined the nature and structure of the studied phenomenon of "assertive behavior of future psychologists", defined and justified the basic structural components of forming assertive behavior of future psychologists: value-motivational (reflecting the mode of existence of professionals' personality; indicators: groups of motives); cognitive (awareness of the content and features of assertive behavior in future careers; indicators: knowledge of themselves (self-awareness), own capabilities aimed at their implementation, identifying goals and aspirations in teaching and professional activity, self-improvement); reflexive-evaluative (level of formation of self-esteem, self-worth, self-knowledge through self-realization in the educational interaction); regulatory (ability to solve problem situations in professional activity in assertive way, control of emotional expressions in behavioral situations; indicators: independence, responsibility, perseverance, willingness to take risks and constructive aggression). The program of social and psychological support to form assertive behavior of future psychologists proved its effectiveness.
