The dissertation research is devoted to the developing of scientifically grounded theoretical, methodical foundations and practical recommendations as to the formation and development of the market of fruit and vegetable products. The essential characteristics, specifics, and the structure of the market of fruit and vegetable products have been defined. The formation of soil and climatic territories of Poltava region according to the kinds of cultivated vegetable growing products and expanding the network of the objects of infrastructure by creating logistics distribution centers have been proposed.
