Essay

The object of study - oxideceramic layers synthesized on aluminum and its alloys, and similar in chemical composition of EAF. The purpose of research - to study the structure and main performance oxideceramic layers on aluminum alloys and similar chemical composition of EAF for the purpose of restoration and protection from wear of various structural materials. Methods study microstructural analysis, X-ray analysis, measurement of mechanical properties and methods of indentation definition abrasive wear resistance and friction under the limit oil. Thesis studied the formation of layers on the electric oxideceramic coatings, their structure and differences from layers synthesized similar in chemical composition of alloys. The first stipulates that for boundary friction samples with an oxide layer with inclusion of copper in a pair with the steel is realized sample carry-over effect in the oil medium machine oil glycerol. Results of studies used to restore worn-out valves, gears and other parts of printing presses in the printing industry enterprises ( OOO "Biblos" and OOO "Enterprise KLISHE") applications -. engineering and repair and replacement.
