Stukalets I. Compatibility of the repair of cylinder blocks heads in YaMZ engines in a single industrial process

The research is dedicated to the problem of increasing productivity of technical service enterprises by means of consolidating technological repairing operations in the single line and taking into consideration natural modifications of parameters of incoming orders for repair and guaranteed repair time. The thesis suggests its fresh approach to design of repairing and technological equipment basing upon aggregate and module principles of composing. It also recommends criterion of optimization of parameter groups of industrial structures of technological divisions of repair. The system of parameters for determining organization and production compatibility of repairing in the single line is grounded. The dependences of parameters and indices of repairing technological processes upon the cycle of mono- and poli-subject enterprises specialization is determined. Parametric groups of technological units of repair of the cylinder blocks heads are formulated. Indices of organization and production compatibility processes of repairing cylinder blocks heads in YaMZ engines are calculated in the single line and considering natural regularities of servicing incoming orders for repair. The expected economic effect of introduction experimental results into production are determined.
