Essay

The dissertation work is intended to solve important scientific task: development of new methods and models for information-analytical decision-making support processes in the state information security field. These methods provide efficiency improvement (automation) using national information resources, allowing obtaining quantitative estimates of social activity dimensions, its statistical characteristics and quantitative prediction of the process. In today's such calculation of qualitative and quantitative indicators of the social activity phenomenon conducted by political scientists in most cases in "manual mode", i.e. only the experts analyze the latest news of political and public life, can make conclusions on the change of social mood. The main disadvantage of this method is that obtained results are affected by the political preferences of researcher: some events have a more positive, others are negative. The objective of work was to develop new methods and models of information-analytical support for decision-making processes in the field of state information security. In the dissertation work ware done: 1) Designed methods of automation, analytical processing and usage of public information on the security state interests in the context of public activity research: the method of content requests constructing and content analysis performing of information flows for media on the social activity subject (CCCA method); the method of statistical parameters and extreme values research for social activity manifestations (SPEV method); the assessment method for measurement correlation between the factors and social activity manifestations (AMFM method). 2) Developed structural-logical model for practical implementation of theoretical relationship models between social activity to public policy and means of mass media (PTM model). 3) Developed assessing status model of social phenomena and analytical decision-support in the field of information security: the model of legal information subjects and state action impact on the phenomenon of social activity (ISA method); the model of social activity implementation factors (IFAC method); the model of between subjects of legal information and state (ISSA method). 4) Developed structural-functional solution of the information-analytical system for assessment social phenomena (IASASP system) of social activity and decision support relative to information security. 5) Perform testing information-analytical system on the example of social phenomena social activity research in Ukraine according to the classification of Thomash Jiro.
