Svyryda V. Administrative and legal protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to elucidation of peculiarities of the implementation of the current legislation in the field of protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities, identification of the ways to improve it, and the need to develop effective mechanisms for protection of intellectual property at the customs border. In the dissertation the scientific works, which in varying degrees, addresses issues related to intellectual property and its protection by customs bodies of Ukraine were analyzed. Scientific basis for the organization of activities of customs bodies in protection of intellectual property, its components and factors that affect the results of the law enforcement process in Ukraine were specified and detailed.
