Essay

In complex approach is first used dissertation research in research of intellectual biography of A.Yakovliv. Historiography of problem is in-process analysed. Using a large spring base certain basic aspects of vital and creative way of intellectual person. Investigational pre-conditions and basic stages of forming public-political and scientific world view of A.Yakovliv. Certainly his role is in re-erecting of the Ukrainian state in time of the Liberation competitions of 1917-1921rr.; lawmaking process of Ukraine of time of Centralna Rada; forming of diplomatic corps of young republic; ambassadorial work in Austro-Hungary, Belgium and Netherlands.
