Essay

The summarizing of theoretical principles of management are done, and practical recommendations for improving the management of native agroindustrial large-scale agroindastrial units (LAU) with the peculiarities of their functioning are developed in the work. It was determined that the LAU is an association of agricultural, processing, marketing enterprises and their branches, as integral structures of the deep level of integration. The analysis of approaches for the estimation of the efficiency of the LAU was realized. The scheme of the development of methods and tools of management which is based on the natural market economic concept is proposed. The analysis of the impact of the scales of production on the efficiency of the functioning and the formation of the organizational structure of management is done, and the most common management tools are systematized according to the specific character of functioning of native LAU in modern conditions. The methodical approach to the argumentation of the indices of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the current and the indicative states of individual structural brunch of management of LAU is proposed. Methodological approaches to the formation of the integrated model of organizational construction and management structure of LAU as a whole system that takes into account the territorial, industrial, economic and social aspects of their functioning are developed. It was determined the role and it was proved the tools of the controlling service in LAU as a factor of increasing of the efficiency of their management. The problems of planning, accounting and control of agricultural production as a factor of increasing of the efficiency of management were investigated.
