This research focused on providing of judges labor rights in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine. The paper defined the concept and nature of judges labor rights. Examined historical genesis of judges labor rights in the world and Ukraine. It is found legal nature of a mechanism to ensure judges labor rights. Realization and protection of judges labor rights are analyzed. Highlighted problems of mechanism to ensure judges labor rights in the context of judicial reform in Ukraine. Formulated ways of borrowing foreign experience on providing judges labor rights.
