The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough study of the theoretical foundations of legal regulation of creative vacations. The paper defined the concept, nature and signs of creative vacation, explored features of legal regulation of creative vacations. Particular attention is paid to the types of creative vacations, examined content of each. The paper examined the tasks, guarantees and principles of legal regulation of creative vacations. The author has drawn out their concept and types and characterizes the essence. Problems of legal regulation of creative vacations are defined and deduced practical solutions. Analyzed foreign experience of legal regulation of creative vacations and proposed ways of its borrowings in national legislation.
