Essay

The thesis considers the prosecutor's discipline liability as the disciplinary sanction applying to prosecutors who are guilty of failure or improper fulfillment of their duties, guilty of violation of legally established restrictions and prohibitions, and guilty of the committing acts that discredit them as prosecutors, and can damage the authority of prosecutors in general. Such liability imposes by the order of disciplinary proceedings in the form of personal or organizational restriction.
