Object - process of electromagnetics wave diffraction on infinite plane waveguide PAA. Aim - development of infinite plane waveguide PAA modelling with the use of the integral equation method of penetrating area. Subject - electrodynamics models of electromagnetics wave diffraction on infinite plane waveguide PAA. Methods - the integral equation method, mathematical apparatus of microwave electrodynamics, apparatus of Green's dyadic function, and numerical analyses method. Results - The 2D problem of electromagnetic field radiation from linear plane-waveguide PAA with dielectrically filled matching periodical structure was computed; 3D problem of electromagnetic field radiation from planar infinite PAA was computed by the penetrating area method; computing of 3D radiation problem of infinite planar rectangular waveguide PAA with external dielectrical sheets was carried out by the penetrating area method.
