The thesis is devoted to actual problems of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation of the organizational-economic mechanism of development of the electricity market in Ukraine. The dissertation studied the theoretical basis, the disclosure is justified nature of the relationship and clarified the definition of such "organizational-economic mechanism", "development" in terms of the development of relations in the electricity market. We investigated the current state of development of the electricity market in Ukraine and the development of the legal framework for ensuring the development of the electricity market. Analyzed foreign experience of development of the electricity market in the organizational-economic aspects. Substantiates the new model of the electricity market, taking into account the regulatory, organizational, technical and financial components, the rational use of existing capacity, determines the optimum guidelines subsidies. The types of residential customers according to the criteria of their readiness to actively cooperate with utility energy integration in the centralized management of powerful elektroymachiv at home. Proposed organizational-economic mechanism of development of the electricity market in Ukraine. To develop and validate the conceptual basis of the interaction of consumers, regulators and energy suppliers under the new model of the energy market of Ukraine and proposed measures for state regulation and encourage the use of electric technologies in thermal energy households. Implemented in software and information to ensure the effective development of the electricity market with the established criteria for its functioning.
