The processes of government land relations in Ukraine at the present stage of its development. Generalization and improvement of theoretical and methodological regulations and study design and methodological framework for the formation and implementation of public policies regulating land relations in Ukraine to resource constraints. Methods: comparative analysis, comparative legal, formalization. The conceptual and analytical model of strategy formation and implementation of the government policy of regulation of land relations in Ukraine. The results are put into practice of public administration.
