Object of research: processes of management by industrial activity for forestry enterprises on the basis of flexibility. Objective: studying of the scientific-theoretical and practical aspects of industrial activity management for forestry enterprises on the basis of flexibility. Methods: inductive and deductive, analysis and synthesis, graphic, comparisont, graphic image, situational and systemic analysis, logical. The novelty: for the first time developed a dynamic model of implementation of strategy of production flexibility for forestry enterprises, result of which is optimum use of forest resources and maximization of revenue from its realization, isolate risks that diminish the negative impact of external and internal factors, improved methodology for analysis providing for management by industrial activity of forestry enterprises based on flex, system of industrial activity management of forestry enterprises, sequence of developing of production of industrial strategy for forest enterprise that takes into account the choice variants of such strategy with determination of different coefficient of flexibility, strategy of industrial activity management for forestry enterprises. Scope of application: in activities of SE "Brody forestry" when forming management strategies in productive activities, SE “Slovechany Forestry", SE "Vyhoda forestry", in the educational process of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in teaching of subjects "Management", "Risk Management in Innovation Activities", "Economics of Enterprise".
