Essay

The object of study: the process of management development of the development company. Objective: developing of theoretical principles concerning the disclosure nature and features of management of the development company activities and based on this study justification of scientific-practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of such administration. Methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, system, economic and mathematical modeling. The novelty: for the first tome is constructed system of forecasting dependencies in the sectors of housing, commercial and land real estate based on polynomials of trend dependencies for all types of concluded contracts, improved scientific and methodical approaches to the evaluation of the relationship for types of contracts concluded in each segment of the real estate market, methodical approaches to formation of system of management of development company activities in the real estate market, methodical approach to implementation of information and organizational tools for planning and implementation of development projects in the activities of development companies in the real estate market of Ukraine. Scope of application: in activities of Scientific and Research Planning and Surveying Institute "Strategic Investments" of the State Specialized Financial Institution "State Fund for Youth Housing Assistance" in developing of the methods of evaluating the relationship for all types of concluded contracts in each segment of the property market, in the educational process of the Open International University of Human Development "Ukraine" in teaching of subjects: "Marketing for services" and "Marketing in construction".
