Workflows in continuously variable hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission vehicles for repair of oil and gas wells when the transport travel mode and tripping operations at the well. Improving the car for repair of oil and gas wells by the scientific and theoretical justification of the use of continuously variable hydrostatic-mechanical transmission. comparisons and analogies method for complex analysis hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission repair of oil and gas wells cars for various circuit performance from both a technical and mathematical point of view; Runge-Kutta method for the integration of differential equations and their systems; transmission matrix analysis method for the synthesis of planetary gear; statistical method to determine the error when comparing the results of theoretical and experimental studies; experimental laboratory methods using equipment for fixing, the gain received information processing and writing. Proposed schematics stepless hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission aimed at improving the car for repair of oil and gas wells. Developed the original structural and kinematic schemes of double-split stepless hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission repair of oil and gas wells vehicles for ensuring the implementation of the transport mode and lowering and lifting the pipe string when performing repair operations on the well, as well as increase the level of the technical design of the car. The theoretical position and the results make it possible to predict the change of power, kinematic, energy parameters and workflows, to compare different hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission, as well as improve the technical level hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission using enterprises at the stage of development and design. For the first time offered steeples hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission structure and theoretically proved the effectiveness of their use on vehicles for the transport repair of oil and gas wells mode and tripping operations on wells; for the first time identified and systematized the basic laws of cinematic distribution, power and energy parameters of the car hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission for repair of oil and gas wells in transport mode and executed tripping operations at the well was further developed matrix approach to the calculation of the kinematics of planetary mechanisms with complicated architectures that can be used in continuously variable hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission characterized from the existing administration of the additional characteristic parameters of the satellites. The theoretical propositions of the research are reflected in the emerging technical solutions in the form of a continuously variable hydrovolumetric mechanical transmission schemes that are used in long-term development of the plant SE "Kharkiv transport equipment plant" (Kharkiv) and in the educational process of the department of automotive and tractor NTU "KPI".
