A research object are processes of recreation of the fixed productive assets of railway transport enterprises. The aim of dissertation work are development and ground of economic principles and applied recommendations in relation to the innovative and investment reproduction of the fixed productive assets of railway transport enterprises in the modern terms of menage.There were explained the essence, meaning and role of the fixed assets for the economic development of a railway transport, and also their specificity and classification was improved. There were explained informational entity and defined the components of innovative and investment reproduction of the fixed production assets of railway transport enterprises. There was improved the methodological approach to the deterioration valuation of fixed production assets taking into account components of innovative and investment reproduction. There were detailed factors of influence on depreciation charges, deteriotation level, attracting of investments and the innovativeness of fixed assets. there was improved the methodological basis of forecast value determination of capital investments of railway transport enterprises uncertainty of an environmental uncertainly.
