In the introduction of the urgency, the purpose and objectives of the research, scientific novelty, practical significance, testing results and the overall characteristics of the thesis.Most of the experimental studies were conducted for the concrete bent elements, which addressed the issue of strengthening the method of gluing the outer steel reinforcement. It is therefore necessary for research to assess the state of stress of bent steel-concrete elements, reinforced outer steel reinforcement when the load operation, as well as research method and material securing external reinforcement on the stress state of the structure.
