Svynchuk A. Organizational mechanism of social enterprises development in Ukraine

This thesis considers theoretical principles of social entrepreneurship and substantiation of practical recommendations for the formation of organizational mechanisms of development activation of social enterprises in Ukraine. The thesis demarks and clarifies the notions of "social entrepreneurship" and "social enterprise", represents a comparative analysis of American and European conceptions of social entrepreneurship, identifies methodological approaches to evaluation of the social outcomes of economic entities activity. There was generalized a foreign experience of social entrepreneurship and organizational mechanisms for its support. The thesis analyzes activity of group of domestic social enterprises and estimates the economic and social outcomes of their operations. The factors of activation and recession of social enterprises development were diagnosed. The complex of organizational mechanisms that activate the development of social enterprises in Ukraine was formed. There was suggested the mechanism of confirmation of "social enterprise" status based on correspondence of its activity results with specific criteria of social enterprise, followed by its products labeling. The mechanism of cooperation procedures between social enterprises and business organizations based on positioning of forms of such cooperation matrix under criteria: purpose and level of interaction was formulated.
