The thesis research is a comprehensive study of peculiarities of the process of prevention and taking countermeasures against administrative infractions in Ukraine. Theoretic and legal fundamentals of prevention and taking countermeasures against administrative infractions, organizational and legal mechanism thereof as well as problems and prospects of improvement ofregulatory and legal framework in Ukraine and practice of usage thereof in relation to prevention and taking countermeasures against administrative infractions taking into account foreign experience and national best practice have been analyzed within the study.
