Smirnova N. Organizational and economic support of technology transfer at the enterprises (on the basis of materials of the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to increasing of theoretical and methodological base and development of applied recommendations of organizational and economic transfer of technologies providing at the metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine. The economic essence of technology transfers and their classification is improved in the manuscript on the basic of concepts analysis, understanding of concept "transfer of innovative technologies" is given, concept "providing of technology transfer" and its interpretation is given entered in the scientific appeal. Methods and indexes of determination of expedience and efficiency of technology transfers are systematized. Working procedures of technology transfer process on enterprises are developed, generalized model of technology transfers between national enterprises and between subsections of enterprise is offered. The composition of functions works of the economic providing of technologies on enterprises is created. Organizational structure of subsections which providing technology transfer, their purpose, function, task and keeping in the system of enterprise management are determined. The imitation modeling of effectiveness of the economic providing of technology transfers is conducted for metallurgical enterprises.
