Apopii H. Formation of efficient system of trade services in the context of development of rural areas

Object: the development of trade in rural areas in terms of socio-economic transformation in the country. Purpose: to study the theoretical, methodological and applied scientific principles of formation of an effective system of trade services in rural areas in terms of revitalization of rural Ukraine. Methods: abstract-logical method, system-evolutionary, structural analysis, institutional method, functional analysis, economic and mathematical, economic and statistical methods. It is offered: first: grounded and proposed scientific approach to understanding the essence of the system of trade services in rural areas, taking into account socio-economic nature of trade, based on the allocation of functional, organizational, socio-economic and territorial and regional subsystems and allows justify multipurpose nature of its operation; it is improved: a theoretical approach to study the essential characteristics of the trade service system of in rural areas; system of state regulation and support trade in rural areas; methodological approaches to calculate the volume of goods sales by all channels of sales; methodical approach to determining the total potential trade on the basis of integrated indicators; gathered subsequent development: conceptual approach to the transformation of commerce in rural areas in terms of territorial and regional decentralization; structural model of the rural market; methodical approach to identify areas promising development of trade services in rural areas based on predictive econometric models; structural model of institutional support and development of rural trade.
