Object of research - processes of air pollution; the purpose of research - improving the efficiency of decision-making on issues of environmental security of technocoat by the results of the estimation and forecasting of pollutants dispersion in the atmosphere in conditions of technoecosystems instability through the development of applied atmosphere monitoring information technology; research methods - principles of system analysis, set-theoretic approach methods, probability theory and mathematical statistics, optimization methods, and approximation of data, mapping and meteorological web services integration methods; practical results - methods, models and information technology that forms the scientific and methodological basis of the processes associated with emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere monitoring, taking into account spatial-temporal component; the novelty - for the first time proposed multi-factor probabilistic model for calculating concentrations of pollutants in the atmosphere, taking into account spatial-temporal changes of fields of concentration, improved method for the calculation of the coordinates of air sampling using unmanned aerial vehicles, improved information technology for atmosphere monitoring by integrating cartographic and meteorological web-services; degree of implementation - the results are implemented at NAU "KhAI" SPC "Nature", SPE "NGC" RI "UkrEPRI"; industry use - information system of ecological monitoring.
