The thesis first developed combined method radioplanuvannya network base stations on the results of parameter estimation relief through the joint use of the results of successive measurements of parameters of the received signal, the control points and data digital maps, a feature of which is to ensure the required accuracy of the optimum parameters of base stations various types of terrain in the service area.
