Essay

Object - processes of time-frequency resource management of the downlink in the LTE technology. Purpose - improving the quality of service of user requests based on the optimization of the processes of time-frequency resource management of the downlink in the LTE technology. Methods - mathematical programming, set theory, teletraffic theory. Results - the mathematical model of scheduling blocks allocation in the LTE downlink have been improved; the method of time-frequency resource management in the LTE downlink based on the combined use of the allocation models of scheduling blocks (RAT 0) and resource blocks (RAT 1) have been improved; the mathematical model of resource blocks management in the LTE downlink organized with the first type of resource allocation (RAT 1) was further developed. It is introduced - in learning process in Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov and Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics; in the research work on "Improving the technology of construction and design methods of telecommunication networks using adequate mathematical traffic models". A patent received for the useful model. The field of use is telecommunication systems and networks
