Rusanovska O. Controlling of logistics’ activity in the system of enterprise’s management

The object of research is a logistics’ activities of enterprises. Subject of research - theoretical, methodical and applied principles of controlling in the system of enterprise’s management. The aim of the thesis is the development of theoretical positions of controlling logistics activities and studying of the practical recommendations on the implementation of mechanism of realization of controlling logistics activities at domestic enterprises. The practical significance of the research is to adopt the methodical provisions of the controlling logistics activities for their implementation in the management of domestic enterprises and educational use. In the process, the following methods are used: historical; semantic; method of system analysis; methods of economic analysis; method of statistical analysis; economic modeling. Scientific novelty of the results is the development of theoretical positions controlling logistics activities and substantiation of practical recommendations on the implementation mechanism of realization of controlling logistics activities at domestic enterprises in the context of improving the efficiency of their operation. For the first time the system of quantifying and monitoring of plans for the logistics service of the company, structured on the aims and objectives of logistics services is developed. The scope of use of copyright guidelines are domestic enterprises.
